   Proposal Description:
   Overarching Aim: Identify genes with excess rare or unique deleterious alleles in EOAD cases compared to controls using a two-stage genetic study.    Aim 1: Identify genes with rare or unique alleles in a discovery dataset of EOAD cases compared to controls.  Aim 2: Test whether loci identified in Aim 1 have excess rare/unique alleles in a replication cohort.
